Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa (CHCSI), with clinic locations in both Leon and Lamoni, is a federally qualified health center that provides primary, preventive health care services to those living in southern Iowa and northern Missouri. CHCSI provides comprehensive medical, behavioral, and dental services, and offers a sliding fee program to assist those who qualify.
