ECHO is a senior low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal government’s HUD program. The home comes complete with all electric appliances, a handicap accessible bathroom with a walk in shower, and a washer and dryer. The ECHO Units may be moved to the desired location. They are elderly-income based, comfortably accommodating a single individual or a couple.
